Get Started!

Stats show that participants that start early raise more! The easiest way is to start right away by making a donation to your personal page. Then spread the word about your donation and challenge others to match it!

Use your Participant Center

Your participant center is your go-to fundraising hub. Visit it often to customize your personal page with a photo and your story. Then, share your page with everyone you know. With just a few quick clicks, your friends, family, and co-workers can give directly to your fundraising efforts and/or join your team and invite others to give!

Write an Email

Did you know? Individuals who send 1-15 emails on average raise more than 5 times the amount of someone who sends no emails? We have provided sample fundraising emails that will help you craft the perfect message in just a few minutes. Emails you send through our website automatically contain a link back to your personal fundraising webpage. Many participants reach (or exceed!) their fundraising goals just by sending emails to everyone in their address book. Don't forget to include vendors and other business relationships in your target list!

Plan an Event

There is no silver bullet in fundraising. With creativity and effort, anyone can be a successful fundraiser! Take advantage of activities you and your co-workers like to do… wine tastings, raffles, dress down Friday's and car washes are just a few ideas to get your creative juices flowing!

Matching Gifts

Please remember to check with your employer to see if a matching gift program is offered — this could double or even triple your contribution!
